Our Professional and Personal Experiences
Professionally-Ownership developed the qualities to provide the foundation early in our careers for our family business through years of service with household brands such as Enterprise Rent A Car and Outback Steakhouse. The years surrounding those experiences included tenures at travel resorts such as Xanterra Parks and Resorts and with luxury membership brand Inspirato. Continued years of business experience within institutions such as Fleetlogix, 88 Tactical, North Slope Catering and Boston Scientific is where skills such as mass scalability, medical device sales, managed labor services, business logistics and membership services are all be combined into our own customer centric food service operation for first responders and beyond.
Personally-Whether its backpacking through Asia, working (& playing) in Yellowstone and Denali, feeding hungry fire fighters across the West, various other international experiences or countless road trips, these experiences created the cross roads of where Hold The Line Catering meets the world. We are certain this is our little spot to make a difference among people.
Most of all.... we are a Family Business-. "Worthwhile work" is a line that we lead by. As owners, we are the working kitchen managers, administration, engineers, semi truck drivers, cooks and dishwashers. There is no job we won't do. Sometimes the roles of being a working owner can be challenging but we feel it's how company culture and the true expectations of the business is built. When our staff sees ownership put their heels in the ground and do the same work that is asked of them, we feel this is the best way to lead and the best way to build our business. Working side-by-side to get the job done.
